Product - All starters and alternators sold by SAASE are made brand new and sold without core charges. SAASE makes no claims (except where specifically noted in various portions of our site) that the units presented for sale are of Original Equipment. All references to OEM units are made for the express purpose of providing our customers with the correct aftermarket interchange application, and in no way implies that the product sold is of OEM origin.
Terms - All sales are made via credit card. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted.
Freight - Freight is prepaid on all credit card purchases shipped within the states of New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Shipments outside of these states, but east of the Mississippi will be assessed a $7.50 freight charge per unit. Shipments west of the Mississippi will be assessed at standard UPS ground rates for package delivery. Expedited freight to all shipping areas will be invoiced at the prevailing UPS shipping rates.

Distributor sales - SAASE welcomes distributor inquiries. Interested parties may contact ron@saase.us
Order fulfillment - All orders received by 4:30pm eastern time will ship the same day. SAASE personnel will address orders placed for items not currently in stock by a return phone call informing the customer of the situation.
Product returns - Accepted only upon prior permission from Torodyne Auto Electric, Inc. Returns approved must be shipped freight prepaid to Torodyne Auto Electric.
