Product - All starters and alternators sold by SAASE are made brand new and sold without core charges. SAASE makes no claims (except where specifically noted in various portions of our site) that the units presented for sale are of Original Equipment. All references to OEM units are made for the express purpose of providing our customers with the correct aftermarket interchange application, and in no way implies that the product sold is of OEM origin.
Terms - All sales are made via credit card. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.
Freight - All orders will be shipped prepaid the to following states...New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia. All other shipments will be sent via FedEx or UPS and standard freight charges will be billed to the customer.
Hours of operations (for phone contact) - 7:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday

Pricing - As noted on the SAASE web site for individual starter and alternator sales
Order fulfillment - All orders received by 4:30pm eastern time will ship the same day. SAASE personnel will address orders placed for items not currently in stock by a return phone call informing the customer of the situation.
Product returns - Accepted only upon prior permission from Torodyne Auto Electric, Inc. Returns approved must be shipped freight prepaid to Torodyne Auto Electric.
