How to use the SAASE website

Our site is designed for use by anyone! By making choices that are easy to understand we allow our customers to quickly determine their starter or alternator application. The SAASE method of product selection combines visual pointers and exact OEM technical interchange information to pinpoint the proper electrical unit used on your vehicle or piece of equipment.

Here's how!

  1. Go to the SAASE Home Page.
  2. From the Home Page select the type of vehicle or equipment you are working on...for instance if you have a dump truck fleet, simply go to the dump truck picture and select either the starter or alternator option.
  3. The next page will show the units (either starters or alternators, depending on your previous choice) we offer for dump truck applications. Select the one closest in appearance to the one on your vehicle (or call us on our toll free number 888-598-8105 for help).
  4. The next page will present options that will narrow your selection to the exact application. All you do is select the specific design features on the starter or alternator you want. As you will find, through a process of elimination you'll easily determine the correct application. Once this is determined click on the part number, and you will be taken to a page where the exact application you are seeking will be shown.
  5. That's it! Three clicks to make the right choice

Only when you are at this point and comfortable with your choice will we suggest you purchase a brand new replacement starter or alternator.

All orders received by 4:30pm eastern time will be shipped that day. Customers in the states of New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Virginia will be not be charged freight, and in most cases the unit will arrive the next day via UPS.
